Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be shipped out?

Once I have received payment for your order, it will be sent out to you within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a second email with shipping details and an invoice.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped from Germany. If you are located in:

  • Germany, your order is estimated to arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

  • EU (outside Germany), your order is estimated to arrive within 3 to 14 business days.

  • International (outside EU), your order is estimated to arrive within 3 to 28 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are displayed in the 'PRICING' section on each print order page, and depend on where you are located.

When I order multiple items, how much do I pay for shipping?

You will naturally NOT need to pay the individual shipping price for each separate item. In most cases, all items will be packaged together and you will only be paying the equivalent shipping price for the largest item.

Will there be international taxes or fees for my package?

Please note that customers outside Germany may be responsible for paying any customs taxes, fees or duties once the package has reached your country (but this usually doesn't happen as such packages often clear customs with no issue).

What can I do if my order doesn’t arrive or is damaged?

If you haven't received your order within the expected shipping time, or if your order was damaged during transit, please reach out to me via email or the 'Contact Me' page on my website and we can try to find a solution.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! Please reach out to me via the Contact page on my website for further discussion.

Sustainability?

I’m working step-by-step to make my entire art-making process from the initial sketch to shipping out orders as environmentally sustainable as possible, as this is very very important to me! I use materials I already own or source materials second hand as much as possible. For example, the materials that are protecting your print orders will be recycled cardboard and/or plastic film that I’ve owned for years - I will find a better alternative as soon as this roll is used up.

Please reuse the packaging materials if possible, for example as protective padding for sending out a package of your own. The plastic layer could be used to waterproof a birthday or christmas card. Let’s work together to keep our resources out of landfill! When the packaging materials are no longer reusable, please place them in the appropriate bins.
